1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the pap4d online gaming platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "the Service," or "pap4d"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "the Agreement" or "these Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter "the User," "Player," or "you") and pap4d (hereinafter "we," "us," or "the Company").

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account. • "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a User on the pap4d Platform, accessible via unique login credentials.
• "Balance" means the total funds credited to a User's Account, including deposits, winnings, and bonuses, displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp).
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a gaming outcome, whether in sports betting, casino games, slots, or lottery draws.
• "Bonus" means promotional credits awarded to Users subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process requiring Users to submit valid Indonesian identification documents (KTP or passport) to confirm age, identity, and residency.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a User must wager bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal (e.g., 30x wagering on a Rp 1,000,000 bonus requires Rp 30,000,000 in total bets).
• "Prohibited Jurisdictions" means countries, regions, or territories where online gaming is legally restricted or where pap4d is not licensed to operate.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To create an account and use pap4d services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced and non-negotiable. Any User found to be under 21 will have their account immediately terminated, and all funds forfeited.
• You must be a legal resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian address and identification documents (KTP or passport).
• You must not be located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of accessing the Platform or placing bets.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indonesian law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, either through pap4d or any other gaming operator.

3.2 Account Registration Process

When registering for a pap4d account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.
• Maintain only one (1) active account. Creating multiple accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
• Complete the KYC verification process before making your first withdrawal. This requires submitting clear photographs or scans of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or valid passport showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account or suspected security breach.

3.3 Account Security

pap4d employs industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect User accounts. However, you acknowledge that internet transmissions are never completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining adequate security of your own devices and not sharing login credentials with third parties. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) when available and using strong, unique passwords.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

pap4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Minimum deposit amounts are Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallets. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account status but typically range up to Rp 100,000,000 per transaction. All deposits are credited in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp) with no currency conversion fees. Standard deposit processing time is under five (5) minutes during banking hours (8 AM - 4 PM WIB, Monday-Friday) for bank transfers, and instant (under 2 minutes) for e-wallet deposits 24/7.

4.2 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the User's legal name matching KYC documents.
• First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Subsequent withdrawals from verified accounts typically process within 1-4 hours during banking hours.
• Withdrawal methods should match the deposit method when possible (e.g., funds deposited via BCA should be withdrawn to a BCA account).
• Bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until requirements are fully satisfied.
• pap4d reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals (exceeding Rp 50,000,000) or when fraud is suspected.
• Withdrawals to e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay) typically process within 1-2 hours, seven days per week.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

pap4d is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account exhibiting suspicious activity, including but not limited to: large deposits immediately followed by withdrawal requests without gameplay, unusual betting patterns, or transactions inconsistent with a User's stated occupation or financial profile. Users engaged in suspected money laundering will have accounts suspended and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Types and Terms

pap4d offers various promotional bonuses to Users, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions clearly stated at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are granted at pap4d's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice.
• Each bonus type carries a specified wagering requirement (typically ranging from 15x to 35x the bonus amount) that must be completed before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, live casino games contribute 10-20%, and sports bets contribute based on odds (e.g., bets with odds below 1.50 may not count).
• Bonuses have expiration dates (validity periods) ranging from 7 to 60 days depending on the bonus type. Unused bonuses or uncompleted wagering requirements expire at the end of the validity period.
• Maximum bet limits may apply when wagering with bonus funds (commonly Rp 50,000 - Rp 200,000 per bet). Exceeding these limits may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• Only one bonus can be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Users suspected of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, coordinated betting with other Users to guarantee profits, or exploiting software errors, will have bonuses and winnings voided, accounts suspended or terminated, and may be permanently banned from the Platform. pap4d employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify patterns of abuse.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

For sports betting markets (including football betting on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, and other leagues), the following rules apply:

• All bets must be placed before the event start time unless live betting is explicitly offered for that market.
• Bet settlement is based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. pap4d reserves the right to void bets if official results are unavailable or if match-fixing is suspected.
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets may be void or carried forward to the rescheduled date depending on the sport and market type. Specific rules are detailed in our Sports Betting Rules section (accessible via the Help Center).
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet slip, typically ranging from Rp 100,000,000 to Rp 500,000,000 depending on the sport and league.

6.2 Casino Games and Slots

For casino games (including live dealer games, slots, table games, and togel lottery games), the following provisions govern gameplay:

• All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer procedures audited by independent testing agencies to ensure fairness.
• Game rules, including paytables, Return to Player (RTP) percentages, and bonus feature mechanics, are displayed within each game and incorporated by reference into these Terms.
• Disconnections during gameplay are handled according to standard industry procedures. If a bet is placed before disconnection, the game result is determined and credited/debited to your account balance. You can view the outcome in your Account History after reconnecting.
• Malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets will be refunded. pap4d is not liable for any potential winnings that may have occurred but for the malfunction.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to gain unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, bonus abuse, or arbitrage betting.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to disguise location or circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals after deposits have been used for gameplay (such actions may result in permanent account closure and legal action).

7. Limitations of Liability

7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

pap4d provides the Platform and gaming services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Platform will meet your specific requirements. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, technical issues, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events may occasionally affect service availability.

7.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pap4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of pap4d services shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

7.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless pap4d, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or third-party rights; (c) your use or misuse of the Platform; or (d) any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your Account.

8. Account Termination

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receiving your request, we will process any pending withdrawals and close your account within 48 hours. You may reopen a closed account by contacting support, subject to approval and verification.

8.2 Termination by pap4d

pap4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Breach any provision of these Terms;
• Provide false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Are found to be under 21 years of age;
• Attempt to manipulate games or exploit software errors;
• Create multiple accounts or engage in bonus abuse;
• Initiate chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.

In the event of termination for breach, pap4d reserves the right to forfeit your Account balance, void pending bets, and retain funds to offset any damages incurred. If termination occurs without breach on your part, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to you following standard withdrawal procedures.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which pap4d operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

9.2 Dispute Resolution Process

We will endeavor to resolve complaints within 7-14 business days. If informal resolution fails, disputes may be escalated to mediation or arbitration as specified in our Complaints Procedure (available on request).
